Responsibilities are to buss tables for the waitresses when we are busy, to wash all dishes, pots & pans. To sweep and mop the kitchen and waitress station area. To take out all trash, and any other incidental job that may come up.
Total hours and days needed: Wednesday thru Monday 7 am to 10 pm
Customer service, seat customers when a hostess is not on duty, take and deliver orders. Keep the dinning area clean, as well as the waitress station. Restock all beers, wines, other beverages, as well as keep all condiments full.
Total hours and days needed: Wednesday thru Monday 7:45 am to 10 pm
To assist in preparing meals, as well as assisting with cooking, and final preparation of food to go out. The making of salads, home fries, and any other prep work as designated. To keep the kitchen clean, as well as assist with dishwashing.
Total hours and days needed: Wednesday thru Monday 7 am to 9 pm
To greet and seat customers. To assist waitress's with busing tables, delivering coffee, and other drinks
Total hours and days needed: Friday thru Sunday 8 am to 1 pm & 5pm to 9pm
To take care of customers in the gift shop/bakery area. to restock shelves, keep track of inventory. To keep the gift shop area clean and neat. To assist in any other above mentioned job description from time to time as needed.

To keep the outside area looking good. Mowing the lawn and trimming the shrubs. Keeping the front and rear porches swept clean. To do any other job that may be required from time to time.
